Small checks keep everyday cycling equipment ready for the next ride.

Before installation

Read the instructions supplied with the product and the relevant bike or component manufacturer's guidance. Check all parts are present. If a fitting, torque value or compatibility detail is unclear, contact us or a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

After wet or muddy rides

• Remove surface dirt with a soft cloth and mild cleaner suitable for the material.
• Dry accessories before storage, especially moving parts and metal fasteners.
• Avoid aggressive solvents and high-pressure cleaning around seals, bearings and adjustable joints.

Mirrors and fenders

Keep mirror surfaces clean and check that the mount remains secure. Adjust the view while stationary. Check fender clearance and remove trapped debris before each ride. Recheck fittings after initial installation and periodically during use.

Pumps and tools

Keep pump heads and valve adapters free of grit. Store tools dry, use the correct size and replace damaged or worn tools. Do not extend handles or exceed specified loads.

Soft goods

Follow the product care label. Allow shoe covers and other fabric accessories to dry fully away from direct heat before storage.

Damage or an unusual change?

Stop using a cracked, loose or damaged accessory. Contact support@zoyosports.ltd with the product name, order number and a clear description. Do not attempt a structural repair or continue riding with an insecure component.
